Confidentiality

Strict confidentiality is maintained in all interactions with clients. Confidentiality agreements are signed willingly. If information is subpoenaed by a Regulatory or legal body the client is promptly notified. In turn, the client agrees to respect such relationships of trust. The client agrees it will not use Polyphenols Laboratories AS name/or data in any manner that might cause harm to the company’s reputation and/or business. Under no circumstances is the name of Polyphenols Laboratories AS to be published – either alone or in assosiation with that of any other party without written pre-approval.

Payment terms & Credit policy

Prepayment if required for first time clients prior to releasing results. Payment terms are net 20 days of invoice date. A 2% per month late charge may be added to all unpaid balances.
