Ordering by e-mail or fax

In order to buy the product you need to send an order confirmation. You can send this by e-mail to mail@polyphenols.com or a fax to +47 51 62 51 82 where you state which product you want and quantities. We also need the following:

Ö Delivery address 
Ö Invoice address 
Ö A phone number (for DHL)

Ordering by fax

If you choose to order by fax, make sure that:

Ö Write in english 
Ö Write in a easily readable hand 
Ö Alternatively, you may send a us an order form that you have previously printed out (find out more about how to print out an order).
